The practice needed a site that booked work, and two kinds of it that arrive completely differently. A coaching client comes after reading enough to trust the approach, usually slowly, usually alone. A speaking engagement gets booked by someone with an event to fill and a shortlist to get through, who needs to know in under a minute what she speaks on and whether she is credible in front of their room. Those are different reading paths ending in different decisions, and a single contact form at the bottom of the page serves neither of them. The site had to make both bookable without making the practice look like two businesses.

A WordPress site built around how a solo coaching practice actually converts. Service pages cover immersive learning, inclusive leadership strategy, and leadership development consulting, with a dedicated path to book Shara Hammond for keynotes and panels.
